Novilla Queen Size Bed Frame

So we got the bed then tried to put it together. Once we completed most of the headboard we found an issue. The H bar doesn't fit! It's about 1/2" too long! So we tried the email support in the instructions and explained the situation. They talked like they could help but didn't. We tried calling a number we found and the rep never seemed to understand the issue. They could not send a replacement part. They could not give me measurements for the parts. We gave up on them and called Amazon. They were very helpful and in sympathy offered to send a replacement. The parts were the same size. They didn't fit together either. We don't understand how this bed gets great reviews when the full size frame at least had the wrong size H bar in both sets and they couldn't correct the issue at all. Novilla has just quit trying. They pointlessly offered a partial refund as if discounting a bed that won't work at all would help. They did it twice, offering a bigger discount. I don't think they understood or there was just nothing they could do. The metal bar just was the wrong size! In the end, Amazon came through with a full refund on the return on both full size frames. Fittting the parts back in the box was horrible, too! Don't waste your money on this full size! 2 frames and both were wrong!
