Love at 1st sight, but quickly heartbroken.

Won't work - Error Message Quick setup and mapping. Worked like a charm until the 1st clean water refill and emptying of the dirty tank! ERROR See pic. "cleaning tank is full, please check whether the suction port is blocked." How can it, it was fine before I removed any of the tanks. I rinsed them off and cleaned them very well, dried the tanks, and placed them back in. I also cleaned the base where the robot vacuum/mop goes thinking something could be blocked there but the error continues. Interestingly, it does clean the mop pads as it prepares to mop the house. Sucking clean water from clean water tank to the pads and then sucking the dirty water to the dirty tank. Then it stops and says the error again. I even check the water level in the clean tank and it is only up to water level line. I took time to look at both water tanks, clean and dirty, try to see if anything was blocked and cleaning them and nothing. However, The Error has also cleared 2x on it's own by just simply leaving it alone for a few hours and trying again. But this 3rd time, it's just not doing it. Done the exact same things trying to clear it, but it just won't. I was hoping it would work out! My cleaning area is about 750sqf and it can vacuum n mop in about 1.5hrs. You do have to completely charge it before or it won't be able to finish the job, it will go automatically back 2 recharge at 15% battery. I love that it was able to go under our couches, does pattern cleaning and the size of the water tanks are big enough to clean my whole floors. The mapping was easy, however it keeps re-mapping every time it cleaned going into rooms that I left out in the 1st place. However, you can add a no zone on saved map that ended up helping. I also feel the noise level for mopping is pretty loud but vaccumm is quiet. I wish it would not give me this error because I did end up loving it, so if Lynkbey can help with that I would keep it, but not if I continue to have to spend more time trying to fix it than actually mopping myself. I will update if this if error is clear fixed.🤞 I also tried going to the internet 2 help me fix the error and did see something similar with what may be another robot but perhaps same software, not sure, but also no answer to how to fix it, see 2nd pic.

Absolutely no contact from customer service after returning my non-working m20 Pro vacuum/mop!

This is an update to the very positive review I submitted on 12/7/2023. I received my M20 Pro robotic vacuum/mop combo on November 21,2023 and after working through an initial problem with the error message “please check if the roller brush is jammed” I used it to clean my 2500 sq. Ft. Home weekly until mid-March. At that point it refused to go from hard floors (tile) to a low pile area rug, saying “cliff sensor is dusty, please clean it”. I cleaned all 6 sensors multiple times; even tried taping over them in an effort to disable the sensors since we have no stairs or “cliffs” in our house. Of course, it wouldn’t do anything! I finally tried the reset where you turn it off, wait a few minutes, and turn it back on. Same error message about the cliff sensor. Finally I did a factory reset, which meant it had to remap the house. It wouldn’t even leave the dock! During this time I was in contact with Lynkbey both by phone and via email. We finally decided to invoke the warranty and I shipped it back to the address they provided, at a cost of $88.60 to me. Per USPS tracking, it was received by an individual at the address in Fremont, CA, on 4/29/2024. I asked that they notify me when the replacement was shipped, however I have heard nothing! No one answers the phone number and my emails have been ignored. I don’t know if I’ll ever receive the replacement they guaranteed with their one year warranty and in earlier written responses to my emails. My advice at this time would be DO NOT do business with this company!!
