We renovated our bathroom so it took about a month to finally have the shower tower installed and it looked great. One problem the handheld shower was broken at the base. I was dreading asking for a replacement because of past customer service (not with this company). But Tony at BWE was on it and sent it out to me in one week!!! Great customer service, great response time. Thank you so much!!!

Hose blew apart behind my wall!

So I bought this product last year in October, so it's a little under a year old. Took a couple months to install it so it's literally been in use maybe 5 months. Woke up this morning to water rushing down into my basement through the wall. After investigating figuring out what's going on I found this hose broken behind the wall. Poor quality would not recommend.
