Good price

Bought this when it was $25, which is an amazing deal. Packs and tins were fine, nothing seemed out of place. Code cards aren't correlated to hits in this product, similar to the Sams Club exclusive Heavy Hitters box. Seems to just be the way they do it at whatever printing facility they use to make these exclusive products. UPDATE: Just received 2 more sets and these are definitely fine. While the packaging and quality aren't what you would expect from a Pokemon product, these are not resealed.

TL:DR - Questionable card authenticity, card quality is poor, “promos” easily bent in packaging, tins are nice, would not gift to a card collector I really wanted this to be a good product. I love fusion strike; it has wonderful art for a ton of Pokemon. The tins came sealed in the normal looking factory seal and the packs looked like they had normal seals so no red flags prior to opening. Sadly, there is no real protection for the “promos” they’re just thrown in under the tins. I know fusion strike has really poor pull rates. I didn’t even care if I got a rare card or not, I just wanted a bunch of cards from the set. I couldn’t even get that. In the pictures you can see cards I got from Pokemon center packs on the left and cards from this item on the right. THAT IS NOT LINT. I don’t know what it is, but it’s permanently stuck to the card as if they made them on the floor. It’s on most of the cards and cleaning did not help. A few other things make me question the cards’ authenticity (these issues are consistent in every card): -The cards feel…off. Like a bit more waxy. -The surface on the back is poor and photos can’t catch it but there are streak marks as well -They’re darker in saturation (I know prints can vary, but this on top of everything else…) -Cards all had a vertical bend to them None of the cards were out of order, code cards matched the set. Whether they’re real cards or not, I still don’t know, but the quality of the cards inside these tins are not good. Harder to tell the differences in the pictures than in person. Would not recommend buying.
