Kalorik Cordless Electric Knife Set

I had been looking for months for a cordless electric knife set to replace my GE corded electric knife that I had for 40 years. I received the Kalorik Cordless Electric Knife and had a problem with the one-button release of the cutting knifes. I contacted the seller via email and the next day received a response. The seller sent me a new Kalorik Cordless Electric Knife that I received in three days. This replacement electric knife released the blades for cleaning with one-button pressing as advertised. I used the electric knife on a brisket. It cut easily, with clean cuts. No problem slicing the brisket. Very sharp blades. It quickly cut the brisket using very little of the charge. I have used it to carve a 14 pound turkey, slice bread etc. It works great not having the cord to get in the way. I have not had the battery charge ran out while carving. I fully charge the electric knife after each use ,so that its ready to use whenever I need it. The plastic case it comes with holds the two sets of blades, the electric knife and the charger cord. I did buy a carving fork which makes it much easier to slice the turkey or brisket. Most other cordless electric knives I considered included a carving fork. Actually I was glad Kalorik didn't include a carving fork. The carving fork I purchased received excellent reviews and works very well.
