Delicious!

The flavor of these is amazing! I really like that they do not all stick together in the packaging, that is one issue I have found in many other brands. These do not seem as potent as I would have expected for the claimed dosage, but they definitely help to keep annoying aching leg pains at bay. I have also found that these are much easier on my digestive system and do not cause a lot of gas or bloating like many other brands. I hope this helps anyone that is really deep diving into the different kinds of magnesium.

White film on gummies and all stuck together

After a month, I think they are working for 1 of 2 of my boys. They do come with a white film on the supplement and are all stuck together in the container. They have to be taken out with a utensil every night. I will try another brand to compare quality.
