I love it!!! The smart picture frame is exactly what I was looking for. The quality was excellent with a lot of good features and simple to use. The frame is stylish and easy to setup. I like how it effortlessly updates photos, I hang it in my office, every day there’s something new to see. I got it at a great price and arrived with fast shipping. Looking to buy a second one for my living room.

Nice picture, nice frame, wrong location/weather display after every (automatic) software update

The quality of the pictures and was of upload is great. Unfortunately, it displays the wrong location and even after contacting customer support, this has not been corrected. This is not a cheap frame so I expect better software. I was told the update would correct it, but it was still wrong after I installed the update. Update: Vendor Customer support pushed a new software update and fixed the issue. They were quick to follow up and confirm that the issue was addressed. Everything works well now, and the picture quality is excellent. Update: I’ve had this frame for almost a year now.Every time there is a software update the location and weather reset to somewhere I am not. Not just nearby, but to towns 40-50 miles from me. The only way to resolve is to send an email to customer service. They are always responsive, but why can’t I modify this setting myself? I would not recommend this product for anyone that would find this annoying/distracting
