Mattress too firm

After sleeping on this mattress for a few weeks, I find it to be too firm. I don't feel any softness. My pressure points still hurt. I find myself turning all night long due to hip and shoulder pain. I was hoping for more of a cushion on the top layer. It also feels hot like all memory foam. I do not feel the cooling effect at all.
