When I received this, I had to immediately put it on the charger and see how this worked. It charges a lot faster than it says. I believe it says 5 hours. It picks up a lot of dust and dirt, we emptied ours 4 times in one hour (we had a lot of dirt from the dogs coming in and out) once it was completed, it goes right back home and charges until ready to use again. The mop isn't very strong and kind of just lightly brushes the floor with the mop head. But the suction of the vacuum works great. It goes over bumps good to trying to get into the next room. Overall, I love it and would recommend.

I have had this product 3 months. Used minimally. I was never able to get it connected to my phone so that I could run it when I am not home, not a huge deal but was mildly annoying (that alone would just knock it down one star for me). More significantly - The times I have used it, it has covered maybe 1/3 of my living room (medium/small apartment) before dying. It gets lost trying to go back to the charger. Now it has completely stopped working. It just spins on circles for a few minutes then says the battery is dead. Complete waste, I am very disappointed. When it worked, the vacuum worked well. Just wish it lasted longer battery wise or worked at all now.
