Razer Enki Gaming Chair (Open Box)

Cons are outweighing the Pros. Cons: All day comfort?? Not for me. Got a sore butt in 2 days after using and following detailed assembly. Seat is way too hard for my skinny butt. If you have a well-padded butt, then you’re probably going to like this seat. I needed to add a cushion to sit in it for long periods. And what’s with this wobbling?? Lift assembly part has about a ½”forward and back play which causes forward back unintended wobbling. And yes, all accessible bolts have been checked and retightened. With this play it will probably wear out much sooner than expected. Pros: Very easy assembly and well-designed product. Well documented instructions, nice added touch to supply gloves in box. All features working as advertised. Good lumbar support and head cushion. Final thoughts: I hope Razer checks these reviews as I probably will not attempt to return such a large item, However, if this is the quality control of this product, I will seek competitors when this wears out. Like I said I really want to like this chair but with this wobbling it’s almost annoying. Not what I expected from such a well-known and reviewed product.
