My replacement robot has gone crazy

It saves some hand vacuuming, but for the most part it takes 3 times to get our pool clean. We don't have concrete yet so we can't cover the pool and it's October. I would have bought something better if I'd known all of this. UPDATED 11/21/23 Wybot sent a new robot and it works really well. They made good on their products and we would buy from them again.UPDATE: 5/1/24 We have just opened the pool and used the robot. The thing will not vacuum my pool, today it is staying at the ladder going up and down, getting completely horizontal and has a water fountain out the top. Then it floats to the bottom and does the exact same thing for 37 minutes. I know I said I'd buy from them again but I will not and I cannot get an answer from customer service. I WANT A COMPLETE REFUND!!!!!!!! I PAID $499.99 AND I DO NOT HAVE A WORKING POOL VACUUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!
