Let's start with some positives, these are great clippers. They are sharp enough for stubborn thick hair, the notched level helps make fading easy, and the charge window helps with knowing how long I can cut before the next charge. The carrying case, while it feels solid and helps keep the guards well organized, the strap broke after a few month in. That's not a major deal breaker, but it was annoying nevertheless. Now the negatives, the included trimmers was never sharp enough, often times having to take multiple passes to get all the hair. Now the biggest flaw is that there is a plastic piece inside of the clippers that holds the spring, and when that breaks, the clippers are now useless. I know because I have had two sets in nine months. The first was a gift in December that lasted until March, the second last from March until August. The clippers was never disassembled before breaking, cleaning was done by blowing out the hair and brushing away dirt. Ending in a good spray of a barbercide that would remove any missed debris, left to disinfect, wiped clean, and oiled before storing. These were really good clippers, but if you are to purchase them, note that they will only last a few months top.
