Sole gets slippery at 10 months

4th pair in 3.5 yrs. Worn daily in Hawaii as primary footwear so, yes they’re comfortable. That should be 5⭐️ None broke, however at 10 months (4⭐️), inside of strap gets ratty and worse soles get hard and slippery…even on textured concrete and asphalt. I informed customer service but since the tag inside the straps was worn and illegible they would not warranty, thus the 3⭐️
