(NEW) Jabra Elite 10 ANC Wireless Earbuds with Dolby Atmos Surround Sound (Open Box)

These sound clear but I wish they had more bass. I ran the bass all the way up in the app but to me it is not enough. I also wish there were more sliders in the EQ. Nowhere did I see a mention of volume control but you can control the volume by long-pressing the ear buds. I also think these stick out too far so they are uncomfortable if you want to sleep with them in. I like the soundscapes but I wish you could stop/play them by tapping the ear buds instead of having to use the app. If you listen to them for a long time, you lose connection to the app and tapping the right ear bud to stop the sound does not work. You have to open the app to turn the sound off. I thought I would like the feature where they shut off when you take them out of your ears, but this seemed to be buggy. The right one would sometimes not come on. I ended up turning this what could have been a useful feature off. Ok, here's another ANNOYING thing about these. Once the battery gets down to a low level, a voice comes on saying over and over 'Please return to battery'. There is no way to disable this in the app. Peaceful sleep with waterfall wrecked when this stupid LOUD voice starts yapping. If I had known this, I would have never bought these.
