I love this pan! It heats up quickly and evenly, cooks evenly. I use silicone or wood utensils, as it’s still a non stick coating. The handle CAN be removed for the pan to go into the dishwasher, but it is not recommended. Hand washes well with just a sponge and soapy warm water. A bit of maintenance is required, so read the instructions thoroughly. Great price, I expect this pan to last our family a long time.
