Dobby the house elf is the best little vacuum ever

He has a sock so he’s a free elf, but Dobby likes it here with us. He sets to work, cleaning the floors beautifully several times per week, rolling with ease under all of the furniture. He can even sneak under the overhang of the kitchen cabinet and appliances and hits the corners too. His low profile and calm demeanor sets him apart from other robot house elf vacuums. He is so quiet, he can glide into my office while I’m on zoom meetings without my colleagues knowing he’s there. Dobby is respectful of objects in the house, gently nudging those in his path rather than slamming into them like Rosie my Roomba used to do. She was hard on the furniture and I would often come home to find her hugging the porcelain throne. If Dobby gets stuck, which is rare, he uses his words to say what’s wrong. If I don’t hear him, he uses my phone to call for help. I’ve never found him wiling away hours in the bathroom recovering from a bender. Don’t tell Dobby, but he’s not my only vacuum. We are a two cat household so I do break out the Dyson Animal to vacuum the furniture. It’s work he can’t do but I’d never want him to feel inadequate and resort to beating himself with an iron poker. If you’re in the market for a house elf vacuum, I believe you’ll be very satisfied with this one.

STOPPED working after 5 months

This is my first Amazon review, sadly it's a negative one. I bought this is July on Prime day special. I was excited to get it. The vacuum worked fantastic the first few days even attempting to clean our entire house after it would rest and recharge. I had bought it to only clean on portion of our house knowing it was not big enough to clean the whole house. The first week the vacuum would clean the areas like a champ and then recharge and clean the other portion of our house on it's second run. After about two weeks it started only cleaning the one side and not going back out. I cleaned the bot every time it ran faithfully and made sure check the app often for cleaning suggestions. In December the bot disappeared and didn't return to the base. We found it and returned it and thought maybe it had gotten stuck but then it started happening every time it went out. Now it will charge for a full two days and only run for 4 mins (I times it today). I can't return to Amazon and have contacted the seller with no response as to how I can return or get a new battery for my bot. I am not happy with this purchase at all. I am saddened because I did love the convivence and job it preformed when it was working. I have friends that have this brand and are very happy with it. I wish the company would follow through and back up their product. I understand I could have a defective battery but it would be nice to be able to troubleshoot with someone.
