Sharper Image VOTIV Humidifier 0.55gal

I did a deep dive into small humidifiers and was shocked to find some of the USB charged ones have a risk of fire (charging component overheats and melts). No thanks! My criteria for a good humidifier are 1) good design 2) easy to clean 3) don't pose a fire risk. This humidifier meets all three. It's the right size to run all night long, has 5 easy settings with a night-light that can be turned on or off. It was portable enough to bring on a ski trip and now has a permanent place in my bedroom at home. It would work well in a baby or kids room too. The only thing to note is the small part that you screw on/off to refill the water chamber has a very short thread. You only need to turn it once to tighten. Be careful not to overcrank or you could break it.
