Dyson V8 Cordless Handheld Vacuum (Open Box)

This was a refurbished vacuum cleaner. It had the following problems: (1) there was no user manual with it, (2) there was no hardware (e.g., screws, etc.) to mount it to the wall, (3) it couldn't be opened to empty the debris! Regarding #1, the vendor said that they would send me one, but the so-called attachment of the manual was missing from the email. (I had to find the manual myself on the Internet.) Regarding #2, other vendors of "stick" vacuums include the mounting screws and plastic inserts. Regarding #3, it appears that the refurbisher accidentally closed the clean-out mechanism incorrectly. (This appears to be a design blunder by Dyson -- there are even YouTube videos that attempt to help the user to overcome this issue.) The vacuum cleaner itself does a good job of cleaning, but right now I can't use it anymore because (1) it's full, and (2) I can't empty it!!!
