Great device, entry level handheld laptop

Amazzing device. Can't run everything at maxed out settings but thats understandable at the price point and it being a handheld. Windows is okay for an os but could be better with the touchscreen and built in controller. Battery life while playing games on turbo is trash so believe me you'll want to upgrade that ASAP. Of just always be plugged in. To each their own.

Burned for the last time by shady importers, less than 24 hours before it stopped working completely

Product was advertised as used "Like New," but was missing the stand that is supposed to be included, had not been cleaned and has obviois discoloration to the case, arrived with what appeared to be eyelash hair on the screen, and though it wasn't clear, it was imported and included a plug adapter that sparks every time you plug it in. The battery doesn't charge beyond 99%, and the battery life generally is terrible. After looking into the company behind micro tech certified it appears to be an unmarked business, and when you look up their business license it appears to have expired in 2021. Edit: it has officially died less than 24 hours after receiving. No light when plugged in, no response from the power button. Returning. DO NOT BUY FROM IMPORTERS, the owner of this company is likely a scammer and should be investigated
