AZDOME M301 2K Dash Cam (Open Box)

I'm going to just get straight to the point and say I was unable to get the dashcam to work with the app at all. I have used two different phones, every possible troubleshooting method, and multiple suggestions from others online over the last few days and still no luck on even getting the app to work properly. I've pretty much given up on trying to get it to work at this point. It wants you to connect to the dash cam via wifi and then from there use the app to view live video, change settings, etc. The 3-4 times I was able to connect to the camera, I couldn't see any live video feed and as soon I try to change the settings it would just disconnect or the app would crash. The app constantly tells me to reconnect to the camera even though I never lost connection or it would just not respond at all prompting me to restart the app and power cycle the camera. The app needs a major update for it to be even usable, honestly a very awful experience. Very disappointing.
