This biometric gun safe is exactly what I what I was searching for; it's compact, secure, and incredibly quick when I'll need it most. The fingerprint scanner is spot on, unlocking in a flash every time. I was shocked at how fast it works! We have hubby and my fingerprints in It. It gives me serious peace of mind whether it’s by my bedside or secured in the truck now when we travel. It’s impressively sturdy for its size, and built tough, yet light enough to be portable. Great for travel, keeping on a nightstand, or tucking away in a drawer without drawing attention. Setup was a total breeze, and I love that you can program multiple fingerprints, as mentioned above. If you're looking for a smart, reliable, and fast-access gun safe that doesn’t take up much space, this little powerhouse absolutely delivers!

Seems like a pretty good item. It appears to have a strong sturdy design. Nice padded interior. And it was easy enough to program a bunch of different fingerprints. The main drawback and the reason I gave the rating I did. It opens easily without fingerprint if you hit it with a small amount of force. Dropping it from about 3 ft into a hard surface like concrete or hitting it with a similar amount of force can potentially dislodge the latch mechanism briefly, without actually unlocking it, causing the lid to pop open. And then you have to use the fingerprint to unlock it to be able to close the lid again. You would think thay device like this l, meant to protect something as potentially dangerous as a firearm, would not be so easily opened, without the key/biometrics being used.
