I purchased this refurbished micro computer in August 2024. I was satisfied with the computer until a week ago (January 15, 2025). The computer no longer supports external audio devices — usb or bluetooth. There is sound from the computer that is barely audible, hollow, and tinny sounding. Yes, I have gone through every troubleshooting suggestion I could find. To no avail. This is unacceptable and disappointing. Do not spend your money on this refurbished computer.
