Outstanding Customer Service - Fantastic Machine

This purchase was a journey, but Velztorm was with me through the entire process going through the exact same frustrations as I was. I ordered this machine at the beginning of March. It arrived just a few short days later with blazing fast shipping times. Unfortunately, the worst happened and on the first delivery the machine arrive frustratingly unable to display. I spent a few hours troubleshooting this myself and not getting anywhere, but after a quick hop and a skip (and on a Saturday no less) Velztorm's customer service team was there with the assist over a Discord call when my phone auto side buttoned them. We spent about an hour on the phone Sunday morning troubleshooting everything that I had already missed, and had to make the call to return the machine to their shop. This did regrettably add about 7 days to the overall time it took for me to actually receive a working machine but Velztorm did their part to make it right and the reason the machine didn't work was no fault of their own. The GPU had been damaged during shipping, (I'm sure UPS didn't mind having one item shipped second day air three times in a row,) which caused the GPU riser to also malfunction. They replaced both items under warranty at no cost to me whatsoever and returned the computer with 2 day shipping. I am now the happy owner of this rig and it's currently crushing any work tasks I put in front of it which is exactly what I needed. If you're considering ordering this machine or any other machine from Velztorm but you're hesitant to purchase because of nightmares you've heard about other pre-built gaming PC companies in the past, go ahead and stop worrying now. Velztorm is a standup company with an awesome build and support staff and a killer community of PC enthusiasts to boot. They're also a small fairly small team and small business as well from what I can tell, and they do quality work that they stand behind. Shout out to Bronx for helping me not feel like a Boomer too.

Issues with Computer since Day 1. Sent Computer out for repairs and was shipped back worse off.

VaRiDeXx here. The computer performs like a champ, when it does. Other times it acts like a low end rig. I have had multiple boot issues and the tech support just tries to feign ignorance of an issue. Literally the first day I opened the computer and set it up it wouldn't boot. Then when it did it took forever to setup and the progress bar just loaded so slow. When I finally decided to restart the computer it booted fine. Today marks My 3rd boot issue where it gets stuck in a boot attempt and loops over and over booting and shutting down. I finally just kept holding the power button and broke this book cycle. Note I have done nothing to cause these issues. I have maintained good cord and cleanliness. All of the vents can breath, it has it's own desk where it sits. My work office is plenty cool and has multiple fans for airflow. I wouldn't mind editing My review if someone reached out to Me and offered to help Me resolve My issues, but a 3,000+ dollar computer shouldn't have so many issues and it's only been 5 months. I'm a Twitch streamer and YouTuber. I need this PC to perform flawlessly for what I payed for it. Willing to praise the company via My platform if They can do right by Me. (Update) I am going to making a video documenting My experience with this Company with notes and correspondence to these issues.
