Easy to use, great quality!

This speaker set was very easy to set up and get using right away (which is such a relief; so many products nowadays have 20 pages of manuals to read through before you can get to using it). There is also a very straightforward instruction video, which made things even simpler. The speakers are able to sit as one long horizontal bar, or as two vertical standing bars, which gives an extra degree of freedom in arranging the speaker into the space available. It's also a pretty compact speaker so it doesn't take up that much room. We decided to use the speaker for a desktop computer (pictured), which has a 35" ultrawide monitor that does not have its own audio output. The Bluetooth, aux, and optical cable options work for computers. The HDMI option didn't work for the computer since HDMI ARC seems to be specific to TVs. In any case, we didn't need to use that option since the other options work well. Note: all the required cables for each of these connection options are provided with the speaker, including an aux-to-component cable for more old-school connections. The remote that's provided with the speaker allows for very easy controls and switching which connection to use - a handy feature if you wanted to keep multiple devices/backup connections, for example. Sound quality and dynamic (volume) range are great as well! The only minor issue is that sound seems to occasional cut out for a split second while gaming (specifically, the sound effect during the opening and closing of the options menu sometimes is not transmitted??), although I'm not sure if that is specific to the game. When listening to music or watching videos though, there are no problems at all. Overall, a pretty nice speaker!

low quality sound, fragile item
By Maestro on Reviewed in the United States on August 10, 2023
I purchased this soundbar with high hopes, expecting an upgrade to my audio setup. However, I've been thoroughly disappointed with the quality of this product. From the moment I unboxed it, I noticed how fragile it felt to the touch. It's as if a slight breeze could cause it to fall apart. This level of fragility is unacceptable for a product that's meant to be used in a home entertainment setup. The most critical aspect, the sound quality, was shockingly subpar. The sound produced by this soundbar was tinny, lacked depth, and had no bass whatsoever. It's like listening to audio through a cheap, outdated speaker system. I tried adjusting the settings, but no amount of tinkering could salvage the audio experience. It's unfortunate that a soundbar, a device designed to enhance audio, failed so miserably in this fundamental aspect. Moreover, the overall construction of the soundbar left me baffled. The materials used feel cheap, and the build quality is severely lacking. It's hard to believe that this product passed any sort of quality control. The lack of attention to detail is evident, from the flimsy buttons to the poorly placed connectors. In addition to the poor sound and build quality, I found the setup process to be needlessly complicated. The instructions provided were vague, and I had to spend way too much time trying to figure out how to get it to work with my existing setup. This added frustration to an already disappointing experience. Overall, this soundbar has been a complete letdown. It's unfortunate that I wasted my hard-earned money on a product that fails to deliver on its promises. I would strongly advise anyone considering this soundbar to look elsewhere for a quality audio solution. I regret this purchase and wish I had invested in a reputable brand instead.
