Bought these knives, first one had an issue that made it unusable so I got a replacement. The replacement was missing a blade cover for the smaller knife and the larger knife had gotten damaged during shipping(I'm guessing) I spoke to a customer service rep. and they said they'd send a replacement for the set, I provided pictures and such and thought that'd be it. It's been about a month and I still haven't received my replacement, which sucks because the knives are nice.
