I recently purchased the ASUS Zenbook 15 for my church and it's been a great experience. It has a sleek, modern look that stands out. At just the right size and weight, it's incredibly portable and perfect for my on-the-go lifestyle. The 15.6" Full HD display is vibrant and crisp, making everything from work documents to streaming movies a visual delight. Powered by the AMD Ryzen 5 7535U CPU and 16GB of RAM, this laptop handles multitasking effortlessly. Whether I'm working on multiple projects or enjoying some downtime with games, it runs smoothly without a hitch. With a 512GB SSD, there's ample storage for all my files, and the fast boot times are a huge plus. The keyboard is comfortable to type on, and the touchpad is responsive and accurate. Problem with laptop not turning on after going to sleep/hybernation mode !!!!!

This is my very first review. I purchased this laptop with high expectations, and for the most part, I was not disappointed. The biggest issue I had was that after a certain time, the laptop refused to start after being in sleep mode, possibly hibernation mode. I have contacted Asus, and they were unsuccessful in resolving the issue and suggested sending it in for servicing. The only issue with that is that I use my laptop every day for my business. Having to go through all that hassle on a brand-new laptop is ridiculous. I spent hours transferring all my files and software just to have this issue. The only temporary solution around this is to hold the power button for more than 15 seconds to restart the computer. I can't imagine if someone had something really important that they didn't save and had to reset their computer and lose all that work. I am returning the laptop for a full refund after only using it for a week and a half. Buyers beware. Ps . I have seen other comments having this same issue. I hope Asus finds a real solution with this product because if it were not for that, I would probably still be using this laptop.
