Missing parts and wrongly assembled upon arrival

Unfortunately, there are missing parts on this coach. Two of the 4 casters that should come with it are missing. I will have to buy at a local hardware store because I rather do that than going through the hassle of re-packing and having it picked up or dropped at the shipper's location. Also, the latches for assembling the upper section with the side panels were installed upside down. I had to remove all 6 and turn them to the correct position.
