JISULIFE Handheld Portable Fan

Update JISULIFE Reached out to me recommend me return back Amazon 30 day return policy , Stating fan defective . JISULIFE Couldn't do warrenty it brand new. I purchased similar.product for tomorrow delivery. First want say this pro 1 fan more powerful then stand Dreo fan seriously which payed $149 I only need use level 10 . This fan well made , works perfectly except charging which need figure that out and reach out too company . Cons charging and drainage of battery . My first charge on Anker 25,000 power bank which has built in cables I would say best power bank charged 17% to 64% 8 wats in 73 minutes 2nd charge tried Anker was adapter still won't charge over 64% , tried my Anker nano 10,000!still doesn't go over 64% fan is off while charging , I noticed level 5 and 10 draines fast 64% to 4%! 27 min not sure normal. Honestly this most powerful fan have including 2 camping rechargable fans . I am return mine because charging issues and 20 minutes after purchase went on sale Amazon . If this had stand this be also perfect fan camping , on desk or table stays standing fine . I had this charged wall charger 12pm 2:40pm doesn't go over 64% display this inks charging showing 0.1 wats. I do believe there's issue with my unit . I still recommend this over any hand fan. Honestly level 10 feelsikw my standing Dreeo fan that level 4. I do recommend this fan even with charging issues. Before buy other unit, I'm see if do warrenty .
