JADENS Label Maker Machine with Tape

I proactively ordered this Jaden's label maker in September 2024 to use in my small startup business, knowing I would need it but not sure when exactly. Late December 2024 I unboxed it, plugged it in to charge it, but nothing. It would continuously blink red, never actually charging. Once unplugged, it's dead. Plug it back in and it flashes red again indicating it needs to be charged. Beyond the Amazon return time frame, I reached out to Jaden's on 12/31/24. They're 'customer service' requested a video. After several video submissions and attempts at guessing which format would enable them to open said video, on 1/14/25 I sent them a Google link to be able to review the label maker and it's issue(s). January 15th, they responded they were in receipt of the video and would submit the case for review. CASE NUMBER 2925 JAN 2525:2072154. On 1/20/25 they requested my order number, date, etc. to verify warranty replacement. Nothing but crickets unless I continuously follow up, like on 2/4/25, 2/8/25, 2/16/25, and now 3/4/25, ultimately without an ounce of progress. Their response? "Still waiting for the response." If you're fortunate enough to get a working label maker, you're in great shape. If you have an issue, be certain it happens in the Amazon return time frame or you'll be out the money you spent on this one and the money you'll have to spend on one that works. UPDATE: After posting this review, I received a couple more emails from customer support; and finally, an email from Amazon regarding a refund. Guess I’m stuck with the extra labels I ordered with the initial unit unless I order the same or a compatible model.
