Wireless HDMI Transmitter and Receiver

I am NOT sending this back! I ordered this and then contacted the manufacturer for extra TX units. They told me that they are not sold separately. I was not happy and told them that it makes no sense since each unit can connect to 4 TX units. The next day the supervisor emailed me that they listened and got with the factory to start producing the separate units next month. I needed to set up a meeting room this week so this does not help me and I did not respond. Well, his supervisor then emailed me and asked me what up. I explained that I am on a time constraint so I do have to send it back. The big take away is that this company listens and acts! I find that refreshing! This company's management went way out of their way to make me happy. They took my complaint and actually changed the way they deliver their product. In today's world where most companies believe that they are a gift to us, it is refreshing to have one who fight's for our satisfaction mad loyalty. So I am keeping it and waiting for them to send out the extra TX units.
