I love it more than my Dolphin!

We had a Medtronic Dolphin for about eight years. We replace the motor once and it stopped working again so this time we decided to buy something new. I was a little nervous about buying this brand since I’ve never heard of it, but I’m really glad I did because it works very very well. It works way better than our dolphin ever did and I am happy to have a clean pool. The remote control is a great feature that helps make it fun for the kids to use and helps you navigate manually to the spots that really need it.

I’ve used this vacuum for only three months, and both belts have already broken. Finding replacements has been a nightmare—no belts available on the company’s website, and none of the ones on Amazon fit. Customer service has been unhelpful, giving vague assurances for the past eight months with no real solution. This seems like a discontinued product, which I wish I’d known before spending $700. If you’re considering this vacuum, save yourself the trouble and invest in something with accessible parts and reliable support.
