Dont order! Horrible experience!

The phone was not able to be activated to my service (METRO). The phone arrived and of course I was ready to get it activated but IMEI number did not go through. They reccomend I call SAMSUNG. They couldn't help either because they couldn't find the IMEI in the U.S . They said it was from INDIA. so they transferred me to SAMSUNG INDIA. And they couldn't help. They said contact the seller. And seller said they couldn't find the order number. Horrible. I lost time. money. And now I dont have a phone. Now I have to go through returning. Not worth paying so much money for something to struggle to fix it.
