Katio Kadio B0BXDVJ7VF Pet Grooming Vacuum (Open Box)

I'm unsure how this product is so highly rated (which is why I bought it). First, the plug to the machine comes loose and shuts off the vacuum. Second, the main hose doesn't connect well to the attachments and I have to hold it where it connects to keep it in place as I'm grooming my dogs. Thirdly, the trimmer attachment has a tan band around the bottom of it that come loose and I'm unsure if this was the issue that caused the trimmer to shut off. I couldn't turn it back on at all (I did not use the USB port, it was connected to the vacuum plugged in with the vacuum on). Lastly, the hose gets clogged quickly and before the trimmer stopped working, I had to stop several times to unclog the hose. All in all during my first use the vacuum stopped at least 10 times in various ways. I'm so disappointed!
