Rear satellite speakers connectivity issue

The soundbar rear speakers are not connecting to the main bar. The subwoofer is connecting normally tho, I have tried all fixes to no avail. I recommend the supplier to be testing these units before shipping them out to avoid such issues. Fortunately, the supplier is reasonable and refunded me part of the cost to cover my woes.
