Quality product!
By James J. Wesstphal III on Reviewed in the United States on May 24, 2025
The screen's natural state. Meaning every gizmo is turned off is it's happy place. Live Games, movies, broadcast, video games all look super sharp. I can't stand when the picture feels like a soap opera effect. This picture is real & is true to how it was intended to be seen. All the ports are a great feature. It even has picture zoom!I returned a few other samsung TVs before setting on this one. Had it for over a year and I'm very satisfied with the quality. Still razor sharp. Just added the polk hifi max, with added surrounds, it really completes the setup.

Extended periods of 4k 120fps gaming will burn the screen on this TV, happened to 3 of these
By Joseph L. on Reviewed in the United States on March 19, 2025
Boy if I could give this 0 stars, I would. I've gone through THREE of this model of TV, and every single one has had the same problem and died within a year. For most people, this TV will probably be fine (at least I think) but I'm leaving this review to let everyone know this TV ABSOLUTELY FAILS in one aspect. And that aspect is 4k 120hz gaming. If you're not playing games in 4k 120fps on this TV, then you might be okay. But if the 4k 120hz is what you're buying the TV for, spend your money on a Sony or some other brand instead, because within a year this TV will die on you. I've gone through THREE of this model, and had the same problem with every single one of them. After a while of gaming, the internals of the screen start burning/overheating, which gradually starts turning parts of the screen to a toasty brown color as the screen gets burnt. I even asked around on reddit, and found that this is actually a known defect in this TV, yet Samsung continues selling it and pretending it's actually capable of extended periods of 4k 120fps gaming. Hell, even getting Samsung to go through with their warranty was like pulling teeth. And I had to do that twice. I'm done with Samsung TV's.
