Was very excited to receive my remote, I was disappointed that it does not control all functions of my tv. It will turn tv on and off, will control volume and will change channels. Pay for an intelligent remote.

This works fine. But sometimes you have to use the remote in a "gangsta" sideways orientation because IR light pattern isn't the best. But.....it does control all my devices (TV and Roku attached to my HDMI).
