1st one crapped out after a couple months. This one works great. I don’t like the Jame Bond 007 default view but the ability to answer the door from anywhere makes it worth it to me

Could be better.

I’m not sure why manufacturers are still using 1080p sensors in 2024. The default fisheye view is problematic and cannot be permanently fixed. In less than two months, my unit has already started freezing, requiring a power cycle (unplugging the unit) to resolve. It has frozen twice in the past few days. 6/14/24 update: A few days after posting the original review, my unit now requires a power cycle two to three times a day. Hikvision tech support has been unhelpful and redirected me to the seller, who has not responded to my inquiry.
