Great for frequent maintenance

We have a robot vacuum that we have found very useful for keeping on top of dog hair. I had planned to get the mop attachment, but it is no longer available, so I found this one which is both mop and vacuum in one. It seems to vacuum from the front end, and mop behind, and does not distinguish between hardwood and carpet, so I need to block off the carpet area if I want the hardwood mopped, and remove the water if I want the carpet vacuumed. Well worth it for the price. The app has the option to adjust the "power" of the clean too. Looking forward to running this at night a few times a week to keep the house looking cleaner!

Bad customer service from manufacturer and bad product

Purchased this vacuum and worked great for the first months. Just before the year warranty was up it stopped working. Seemed like it wouldn’t hold a charge. Vacuum kept resetting. Contacted customer support and they gave me some tips. After following they’re instructions and numerous emails they ghosted me. I even informed them I would purchase new battery even with it being under 1 year warranty. They refused to respond and unfortunately lost our investment. I would not recommend this product or company to anyone.
