Stopped working a few months after purchase

As of writing this, the laptop will not boot to windows and gives a constant 3F0 error (meaning that the system does not think a drive is installed). FYI: the SSD is in the system and has been reseated multiple times. I have attempted changing what I can from the BIOS window, running tests using HP’s built-in diagnostics tester, and they’re both telling me that there is no drive installed. Honestly, I expected more from a certified refurbished system. But, I guess it was shortsighted in thinking that a standard had been established.
