Superb blender set

Pretty much a perfect blender that can handle anything you need, provided you know what you're doing. Much easier to clean than other units I've dealt with in the past. The rubber feet stay very securely on the counter. All the buttons are clear to see and easy to understand. Good pitcher & cup sizes. Priced well. The motor is a little loud, but not obnoxiously so/to the point of concern.

After doing quite a bit of research and ultimately deciding we did not want to spend close to a thousand dollars on the top-notch name-brand blender, we opted for the Nutriblender instead. Our primary purpose was to make falafels, as we're all addicted to Mediterranean foods at our house. For juicing - which we do not do - this is perfect. But for falafels, it is definitely not. We were left with whole chickpeas on the sides of the container and had to press every setting multiple times, each time taking off the container, scraping down the sides with a spatula, and trying again. If you want a good juicer, this is the item to get. If you want something that will completely blend up your parsley, chickpeas, and spices, it is not.
