Kitchen helper, easy to use and quiet!

This kitchen waste composter is very convenient to use. The leftover food can be directly poured into it, operated with one button, and then it just works! It is so quiet I don't even notice it's on and there is no smell of food waste. I love it and will recommend it to my friends. I am an environmentalist. I always try to avoid wasting energy and this is a great way to lower carbon footprints. The fertilizer produced by the machine can be used in my garden. Not a real composter

These machines do NOT create compost by any stretch of the imagination. They do nothing but chop up and dehydrate the food. The result in their ad is made to look like compost; the real result (I had lettuce scraps, eggshells and some cucumber peals) looks exactly like what you started with--just ground up find, dried and all mixed together. This is NOT compost and will do nothing for your garden until it actually breaks down naturally. That may happen faster due to the small particle size, but you will not get compost from the machine and will be disappointed if that's what you expect.
