Fun ride. Comfortable, stable, lots of quality extras (mirrors, bags, etc). Battery seems to last quite awhile but I have not maxed it out yet. (20 mile round trip used maybe 1/4 battery) TL:DR Took a couple hours to build. Very helpful to do with two people. Not clear where to put rear reflector. Mirrors take some trial and error to figure out the best angle for your body size and riding position. Provided multi-tool is comprehensive but a bit awkard to use.

i Purchased as a special gift for my husband's 65th birthday. It was delivered in a very heavy box as you can imagine and had damage (torn & open) on one end. The bicycle itself appears to be in good shape but the hardware is missing. I'm guessing that it probably was in a sealed bag which was lost during delivery. This seems like a simple issue to fix however I have attempted to contact Hoover on 4 occasions, and I have never received a response. I can't rate customer service, as I have received none. The phone number listed is false. It simply advises you to go online. I have filled out the online form on 3 occasions since Dec. 28th, a full month, with absolutely no response. The silliest thing is that all it would take is them sending me the small pack of hardware requested. It takes specific screws not easily found. Amazon has been delightful in offering us a discount due to our issue but we still haven't been able to purchase the hardware locally. So Beware before you order this ebike!

I'll admit this bike has been wonderful to me and I love it. I love the speed and how quickly it charges. With that stated, I got a flat tire driving on asphalt and went to buy a new inner tube. I ordered a 20" x 4.0 like stated. It wasn't until I took out the actual inner tube that it stated it was a 20" x 4.2!! Very irritating that I now have to buy a different size and return the current ones.

I wanted to wait a while before I write a review for this incredible machine! What a blast it is to ride the hover 1. This thing is well built , goes up to 32 miles an hour and holds a solid charge. I have been riding this bike for hours today and it just dropped a bar. The seat is extremely comfortable! You also have options within the app to make the bike even faster. Max speed I have gotten is 35miles/hr. Overall I’m incredibly impressed! Do not hesitate to buy one if you are in the market for a well built sturdy electro bike!

This is the coolest item I have ever purchased. So easy to unpackage/assemble and operate. Im a fairly big guy at 6ft 240lb. Have taken this out on just a few test drives and it handles me fine. Went out for an hour on a fully charged battery w/o losing a bar. Comfortable, eye catching and well built with mostly all the bells and whistles. Could have used a rearview would be only suggestion. Would absolutely recommend this item.

Battery is defective and stopped holding or taking a charge after only 6 months. Contacted customer support (NO AGENT WILL ANSWER CALL CENTER #) and the company will not reply. They only say do not send multiple 'support tickets' or you will get moved down in the queue. There are no local facilities one can go to and it seems Amazon does not offer any relief. I blew over $2,000 on this worthless piece of .....

I’ve had it for 2 weeks and have ridden it almost every day to work and it is absolutely amazing. The throttle is super intuitive. The headlights shine bright enough to be seen by everyone in the road. It is incredibly fun to ride, I find myself just riding around for fun. 10/10

Bike works great. Love the extra bags and lights the headlight it crazy bright. Where I ride at night there's no street lights with this headlight thts not a problem. Only thing I wish was better was t he battery I use just throttle and I'm lucky to get 20miles on a charge so just a heads up on tht. Otherwise good bike.
