Ninja FG551 Foodi Smart XL 6-in-1 (Open Box)

I absolutely love my Ninja Foodi Grill FG551 HOWEVER after about four months of use, the temperature probe quit working. I tried to buy a replacement probe through Amazon (which they didn't carry) and I called and emailed Ninja (but they never returned my calls/emails). It was very disappointing to lose the use of the internal thermometer! It is just me and my husband in our house so the probe was definitely not abused--it just stopped working. For such a popular air fryer, I was very disappointed there wasn't better customer support by Ninja. I love the grill/air fryer and use it 3 to 4 times a week. It is easy to use and easy to clean. I just wish I had the temperature probe and feel like I paid for something I didn't get. I am buying a second Ninja grill/air fryer to take to our second home. I hope I don't have the same problem.
