I took a chance on this chair due to other good reviews and I am not sorry I did! The chair was easy to put together and it is very comfortable. I have back issues and it feels fine on my back. The arm rests are soft and easy on my arms and elbows. I like being able to lean back sometimes and adjusting the height is so easy. I'm super happy with my purchase.

The chair came with wrong parts, and a hole in the armrest. This make a difference when putting it together and worrying about safety because you have to bolt in the back piece by the armrest. I am not happy with this at all. Even after all of this I can't lean the chair back.

Very comfortable and for the money it was a good buy--Just notices today 3/28/2023 the arm the "Leather is ripping" Going to change my opinion--not as good a buy what I thought. I would not buy again.

this was incredibly difficult to put together, the wheels are plastic so they are loud on hardwood. this is comfortable, like I can knock out hours of playing far cry 6 on it with no issues, but the trauma of having to put it together still haunts my dreams at night
