Great phone BUT it's really top heavy and I couldn't handle it. It was always the flipping out of my weak hands. Also activated my tendinitis. I actually thought for about a month I had arthritis until I realized it was the heaviness of this phone. My husband and son love it though.

Product IS NOT UNLOCKED

The cell phone in general has excellent features. But the seller "havEarly" sent me a product blocked for the store. The functions are limited. and turns on the screen showing blurbs for the article. Technically the product does not work. The customer's category was "Unlocked and in excellent condition" and it turns out that it was neither unlocked nor in excellent condition as it had a noticeable scratch on the camera panel.
