Amazing!

I first want to mention that if you go to Woot, it explains this as a factory-reconditioned product, which means it might not have even been opened, but still can't be sold as new. When I received it, it looked pristine and didn't even have so much as a spec of dust in it. It is very fast, however, I upgraded the RAM to 32GB to make it a bit faster. It has four slots, but it is only dual-channel so using all four isn't necessary for faster speeds. It can handle very high-performing games with no problems at all and is very quiet even when the fans are on max speed. The hottest it got for me was about 85°C, which is reasonable. There are five fans in total: Input, Output, GPU, CPU, and PCU. The price is a steal, even for the brand-new version. It has two M.2 ports, one is being used for the 512GB SSD, and the other one is behind the graphics card, but is usable to expand storage. It has an expandable HDD slot with SATA connectors. I put a WD 2TB drive in it. I have not used the top connectors yet, but when I need to use a USB drive, that's where they'll go. The SD card reader is a nice touch. Summary: This is an amazing PC at an amazing price.

Failed after 1-2 weeks

I liked the PC. It is surprisingly quiet. And pretty fast. But failed after 1-2 weeks of constant use. The failure happened about 6 hours after turning it on. It first complained about the internal fan. Cannot turn it off after that. So have to turn it off forcefully. After that, it just beeps when power on with nothing on screen. Tried multiple times without seeing anything on the screen. It has been a week since I returned the PC through UPS. Still didn't see any progress on amazon return status. Quite frustrating. In the meanwhile, I bought a new PC, not a used one. Who knows about the quality of a refurbished one !!! UPDATE: Got refund. The return process is better than expected. The new PC I got is HP gaming. It is not as quiet as this one. So if this one works, it is definitely a better value. Maybe this is just a bad luck on my part. I have purchased 4 used PC so far. This is the first time I had problem. So I might purchase a used one again.
