Awesome keyboard!

I recently purchased and compared 10 mechanical keyboards. This one is the best in my opinion. It's not too loud but still provides some helpful auditory feedback while typing. Other keyboards with so-called tactile switches, and especially keyboards with the blue "clicky" switches are maddeningly loud. This keyboard will not irritate you or your colleagues. That is coming from someone who is easily bothered by noises. The feel of this keyboard when typing is what sets it apart from the competition. The switches allow a certain amount of pressure to build up before the key starts traveling downward. Other keyboards, even some with "tactile" switches, are completely linear and have a mushy feel as a result (e.g., Logitech MX Mechanical Mini). The feedback of these switches leaves no doubt that you have pressed the correct keys. With their rounded edges, the shape of the key caps (for me anyway), really helps me understand exactly where my hands are on the keyboard at any given moment. My previous keyboard, an Apple Magic Keyboard, had keys that are close together and completely flat. When typing fast on the Apple my hands would often get lost, resulting in errors--not so with the Keychron. I like how many variations of this product that Keychron offers. This one, without the number pad, suits me fine. But for others who prefer a smaller or larger layout, there are equivalent models for you. I'm not one to bother reviewing a product unless it's extraordinarily good or bad. This keyboard has sincerely impressed me.

Very disappointed

I've already owned a K1SE and it worked fine. I've decided to upgrade to the new version K1 Pro, assuming it would have more features and be more comfortable. But after start using it, I noticed it is less confortable to press the keys (same Red switches) and typing. It has also a noise when the key is down, totatally differente from the previous owned version. I've also realised that the combination keys don't work as expected. If I press fn+X+L to switch the function keys combination, it won't work!! Despite being written in the manual, it doesn't work at all! I've found on the internet people complaining about the same, and they were advised by the support that they should use the VIA resource to change the configuration. It is unaceptable! I'd like to return the keyboard, but since I'm not in USA, I don't know how to proceed with the customer support.
