They sold me a dangerous product, the replacement process is ridiculous

Cosori air fryers are a fire risk, and the recall process is horrible. Be prepared to make hand written cards and include them in the multiple pictures you must submit. I'm less annoyed by the recall itself than I am by the hoops I must jump through to get a replacement for the dangerous product. My time is valuable, and they are wasting it.
