It works great! It gets my laptop up where I can see it without hunting over.

Good finish and adjustability, a few gripes
By renovator on Reviewed in the United States on January 13, 2025
Measurements: the diameter of the base is about 9 3/8”, platform is 10 ¼” wide by 8 ¾” tall (from the resting place on the arms that stick out about ½” below the platform). The whole thing weighs 1.1 kg. The good: - Build quality in terms of edges and finishing is good for the price. - The stand is very stable, even when extended, as long as you keep the center of gravity roughly centered over the base. If you straighten the arm vertically so that the edge of the platform is past the back of the base, the whole thing topples over quickly, so keep that in consideration when calculating the maximum height you will get. - It does get tall enough for me (5’5”) to stand at my desk. - The joints have full range of motion. Not great: - I find that it’s a bit top-heavy for it’s purpose: even without the laptop, the balance point is approximately in the middle of the arm at both the shortest and tallest extensions. Add a laptop and it’s always top-heavy. - The top joint is too stiff to adjust when I have a device on it or I risk my device. Expect to remove it every time you want to adjust. - The rotation around the base is very stiff so that, unless you have placed a reasonably heavy device on it, the base tends to rotate on my desk instead of the stand rotating on it’s base (the friction of the arm on base>friction of base on desk) - I need to depress the catches on either side of the arm to decrease the height but to increase the height of the arm I just pull as the catch is one-way. This means that often when I am adjusting the angle of the top board, the arm will incidentally come out a couple notches and I have to actively get it back down again. Also if I pick the entire thing up by the top plate (which feels like the best way to support my device while moving) the base quickly falls till the arm is completely extended. The bad: - Lots of vibrational movement. It seems to be loosest where the height adjusts as the aluminum top piece slides into a plastic holder fit inside of the aluminum bottom piece. Not only is there too much vibrational movement when typing on the stand, but it’s actually enough to be really annoying even while I’m typing on my external keyboard sitting near the base of the stand. I’m not a vigorous typer and this happens even with the stand at the shortest height. - The stock photos are inconsistent about this, but on the stand I received, there’s a very annoying branding in the middle of the base where I can’t help but constantly see it. On an otherwise sleek device that most of us purchased because it was pretty I really hate this. - The stand I received is not level and there is no way to adjust this. For me I noticed the second I put a device on it and the picture with the levels were just to demonstrate. Personally, it would bother me to always have my screen leaning to the side.

Product was exactly as described and advertised. Arrived quicker than anticipated! Laptop immediately ran cooler. Easy to position and set the height. Looks very good as well. Easy to fold back and compact to slip into a backpack for travel. Highly recommended!

Strong and sturdy. Love that that it rotates and doesn’t take up too much desk space.
Adjustable, but stiff

I love the stand. It's stable, even though my laptop sort of shakes when I use the keyboard. I have a 15" Lenovo laptop. It stays cool. It's hard to adjust for me, but might not be for someone without arthritis.
Costly for what it is…

- This is a basic stand that can hold your laptop or iPad. - It does not come with any instructions, so you have to figure things out on your own. - The bottom of the stand has two metal supports that stick up to hold your laptop in place. Unfortunately your wrists/arms hit that metal when your hands are on the home row of your keyboard—it can be very painful if you are fast typist. It is not very ergonomic. - The stand is fairly sturdy, but gets a bit wobbly/bouncy when the height is fully extended, especially if you are typing. I wanted to use it for a standing workstation in my home office, but there is just too much movement (and my wrists hit the metal supports). It seems more designed as a way to use your laptop as a monitor with an external keyboard. - The stand can be moved up and down, and the angle of the laptop can be adjusted, but it is super stiff and difficult to move (yet bouncy when typing!). - The stand turns 360 degrees, but for the most part, I would never use this feature at home. It would be handy for sharing your screen with other people, for example, in the office. - The stand has good silicone grips so your laptop won’t slide around. The round base also has silicone feet to keep the stand in place. - It can accommodate a fairly wide/larger laptop. - The stand folds down compactly if you need to store it. - There are better/equivalent laptop stands out there for the money.

Beautiful design but not very stable

First, it looks gorgeous. Putting a $5K laptop on it -- and typing -- scares me. If you are using a wireless mouse and keyboard, it helps create a pretty awesome setup. Brought my screen up to eye level. Love the rotation feature. Also love the way I can adjust it. However, I can't imaging using this stand and typing (or even clicking) with the laptop itself. I did that for a half day while charging my keyboard and mouse. The stand bounces and moves every time you touch the computer. Felt like I was dribbling my laptop! The foundation is circular, which helps make the stand appealing to the eye. The large circular foundation, however, doesn't allow the wireless keyboard to get where I need it to be. Lastly, no directions on how to open or adjust the stand. It's fairly simple and some simple directions could have been covered with a credit card size piece of paper. I watched a few videos to figure it out. It's beautiful but you don't want to type on it. This stand really requires a separate mouse and keyboard.

Love this I use additional monitors and needed to be able to adjust for work and meetings.
