Worked less than a week.

I bought this Bug Zapper for its brand and size thinking it would work for a long time. However, it worked great for about 6 days where the two UV bulbs stopped working. This zapper came with 2 replacement bulbs. Following the instructions in the Users Manual, I put on gloves to remove the defect bulbs. The bulbs would not budge when trying to pull them out to the point where one shattered and making them unable to be removed. I will now be very hesitant on buying any Black and Decker products in the future.
